Bio: Born on January 1st, 2348 to a Romulan mother and a human father, Vincent grew up on earth with his parents. He is quite fascinated by earth culture through the ages and has studied it greatly. Following in his father's foot steps he joined Starfleet and moved up quickly with his natural affinity for computers and technology. Unlike most full blooded Romulans he is friendly and out going. Though, he finds the thought of galactic domination very appealing and often jokes of trying to rule the Galaxy. His major weakness is that he often becomes lost in thought and lets things slip by him.
